What areas do you work in

What is your minimum call

We offer a minimum call of 30 minutes this can be increased if your circumstances change.

How do we bill and can we pay by cheque

Payments can be made via bank transfer, by cheque or in cash.

What do you charge

Some of your costs can be funded by social care, if you meet their criteria of having savings below £23500.00 therefore invoicing would be sent direct to the councils involved.

Private charges are billed on the basis of 30 minutes, 45 minutes and hourly rates. With a 30 minute call starting at £17.82 with the additional charge of mileage at 45p a mile.

Can you accommodate a specific time a day for visits

We try and work with clients to determine the best time for them for the visit to be delivered. This can be challenging over the busy times of morning and meal times.

We always try and accommodate clients preferences.

Where are you based and where your offices

We currently exclusively work in the green county Wiltshire and our offices are based in Marlborough.

Do you offer assistance with shopping

Yes, our carers can shop for you or alternatively accompany you with your chosen transport. For an extra cost the carers can use their own vehicle to take you shopping.

What are your carers allowed to do

Carers are more than happy to help with additional chores during the allotted time visit.
